Form BE (Personal tax with employment income)

What makes Form BE and Form B different from one another?

Form BE – Individual residents who have income other than from a business should fill out Form BE, which is income assessed under Sections 4(b) through 4(f) of the Income Tax Act of 1967 (ITA 1967).

Form B – Individual residents with business income (sole proprietorship or partnership) must file Form B, which is income assessed under Sections 4(a) through 4(f) of the ITA 1967.
